Income Requirement
EHOP-Dallas homes are limited to homebuyers earning 115% or less of the Dallas Area Median Income (AMI) adjusted by family size.
Buyers with family incomes below the following category may be eligible for an EHOP-Dallas home based on total household income and requirements under Eligible Homebuyer Requirements.
Income must be 115% AMI or less as outlined in the following chart.
